Mrs. Braddock & Mrs. Adrian

Volunteers and Visitors

Just as in the bible story of the multiplication of the loaves and fish, wonderful things happen when we share our gifts and talents at school.

Library:
The school librarian, Mrs. Kosmatka will need volunteers to help check-out books for the kindergarten class during their assigned library time. It usually take about one hour and is a great way to get acquainted with the class.

Room Parents:
Duties include planning games, treats, and organizing classroom parties twice a year. It also involves coordinating the gift program for our adopted family at Christmas.

Training:
As part of the diocesan program, Protecting All of God’s Children, all volunteers must attend a program called Virtus. For more information on this program, click on the link at the bottom of this page. Volunteers are also required to complete a background check and pastoral code of conduct. To do this, simply click the links below and return the completed forms.

Safety:
For the safety of the students, all doors to the Early Childhood wing will be locked after 8:15 AM. To enter the building you must first sign-in at the school office and be issued a volunteer identification tag. This applies to parents and grandparents, as well as any other visitors.
